Android 14 Rollout Expands: Galaxy A54, S23 FE, Z Flip5, and Z Fold5 Now Eligible
Based on last year's experience, Samsung has started handing out updates for Android 14 with One UI 6 on top. This means that once the ball starts rolling, it won't stop until dozens of models are updated in a couple of weeks.
Android 14 has already been sent to the S23 and S22 families, and now it's time for a few more devices to join them. Updates for the Galaxy A54, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Flip5, and Galaxy Z Fold5 are currently being sent out.
In the US, AT&T is the first carrier to offer the A54 upgrade. However, Verizon in the US is offering the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 first taste. The release of the Galaxy S23 FE appears to be more widespread, however, it is now limited to devices using Samsung's proprietary Exynos SoC. There is still a little waiting to be done for the US model with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
You don't need to worry—these upgrades will swiftly spread to all carriers and unlocked devices across all nations now that they are at least accessible on one carrier or in one country. The rollouts may be phased, as is customary in these situations, so don't worry if you haven't received an update notification yet; one should be arriving shortly.
