Samsung Launches Galaxy Book4 Series in India
Samsung has officially introduced its latest lineup, the Galaxy Book4 series, in India, comprising three distinct devices: the Galaxy Book4 Pro 360, Galaxy Book4 Pro, and Galaxy Book4 360. While sharing nearly identical specifications, the Pro 360 and Pro models take center stage, with the non-pro version serving as the base offering within the lineup.
The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 and Book4 360, as implied by their names, are versatile two-in-one laptops offering various form factors. Conversely, the Book4 Pro adopts a more traditional clamshell design.
In terms of display, both the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 and Book4 Pro feature Dynamic AMOLED 2x screens with a resolution of 2,880 x 1,800 pixels. The Pro 360 sports a 16-inch display, while the Pro model is available in 16 and 14-inch sizes. Meanwhile, the base Galaxy Book4 360 comes with a 15.6-inch sAMOLED screen boasting FHD resolution. All three laptops offer touch functionality.
Samsung emphasizes the audio experience with its Galaxy Book4 series, equipped with AKG-tuned quad speakers supported by Dolby Atmos technology. The Pro 360 weighs 1.66kg, while the 14 and 16-inch variants of the non-pro model weigh 1.56 and 1.23kg, respectively. The Galaxy Book4 360 weighs in at 1.46kg.
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy Book4 series packs Intel’s latest Core Ultra processors. The Book4 Pro 360 is exclusively available with the Core Ultra 7 option paired with 16GB LPDDR5x RAM. In contrast, the Book4 Pro and Book4 360 offer Core Ultra 7 and Ultra 5 variants. The former comes with options of 16GB and 32GB RAM, while the latter is available with 16GB only. The Pro variants also feature Intel Arc graphics, whereas the non-pro model houses an Intel Iris Xe GPU onboard. All three models come with storage options of 512GB and 1TB.
The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360, Book4 Pro, and Book4 360 are powered by 76Wh, 76Wh (63Wh-14-inch), and 68Wh battery cells, respectively, all supporting 65W charging speeds.
Pricing and Availability
In terms of pricing, the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 starts at Rs 1,63,990 in Moonstone Grey. The Book4 Pro begins at Rs 1,31,990 in Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver color options. The Book4 360 starts at Rs 1,14,990 and is available in Gray.
Pre-bookings for all three laptops will commence on February 20 via the official Samsung website, leading online stores, and retail outlets. Early birds stand to gain benefits worth Rs 5,000, with additional incentives including bank cashback of Rs 10,000 or an upgrade bonus of Rs 8,000. Furthermore, pre-booking during the Live Commerce event on the Samsung website from February 20 will grant an extra instant cashback of Rs 8,000.
