Vivo V30 Pro Unveiled: Four 50 MP Cameras, Premium Features
After a four-week wait since the debut of the regular V30, Vivo has officially launched the much-anticipated V30 Pro, set to hit international markets soon. This latest offering boasts impressive features, prominently featuring four 50 MP cameras – three on the rear and one on the front.
Maintaining a similar form factor to the V30 and China-exclusive S18 and S18 Pro models, the V30 Pro shares similarities in display, battery, and charging specifications.
Under the hood, the V30 Pro houses the powerful Dimensity 8200 chipset, a significant upgrade over its predecessor's predecessor's Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. Memory configurations come in two variants: 8GB RAM with 256GB storage or 12GB RAM with 512GB storage.
The collaboration between Vivo and Zeiss for the V30 Pro's camera system is noteworthy, resulting in advanced features such as Natural Color, Border Watermark, and Zeiss Style Portrait. The rear camera setup includes a Sony IMX920 main sensor, Samsung JN1 ultra-wide-angle lens, and Sony INX816 portrait telephoto lens, alongside a rectangular Aura Light for enhanced low-light portrait photography.
The device sports a stunning 6.78-inch 10-bit AMOLED display with a resolution of 1260p, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and up to 2,800 nits peak brightness, ensuring an immersive visual experience.
Launching globally, the V30 Pro operates on the Funtouch 14 interface atop Android 14 and is equipped with a sizable 5,000 mAh battery, all while maintaining a sleek design, making it the thinnest Vivo smartphone in international markets.
Available in four captivating colors – Bloom White, Waving Aqua, Lush Green, and Noble Black – Vivo has announced initial availability in key markets including India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Taiwan.
Pricing and availability details for the Vivo V30 Pro are yet to be disclosed and will vary by market, with further announcements expected shortly.
