Samsung Adds Another Battery Supplier to Enhance the Galaxy S24 Series

Last month Samsung teamed up with three battery providers for the Galaxy S24 series. At least on the Galaxy S24+. The companies are Samsung SDI Vietnam, Ningde Amperex Technology Limited, and ELENTEC India. Navitasys India is a new name for us.

Samsung will get batteries from Navitasys India with the product code EB-BS928ABY, which we know would be used for the Galaxy S24 Ultra, according to the Korean certification body Safety Korea.

Batteries for the S24 and S24+ will have the model numbers EB-BS922ABY and EB-BS926ABY, respectively. It is unknown whether Navitasys India would provide batteries for the other two phones in addition to the S24 Ultra as they are not listed.

It is also unclear if Samsung's Indian battery suppliers would solely offer batteries for the S24 models that will be put together in their India facility, which is now the biggest operating mobile phone factory in the world, or whether they will also provide the batteries in other nations.
