WhatsApp admin just got more powerful with this update and it also adds a lot of exciting features to WhatsApp.

  • Reactions - Emoji reactions are coming to WhatsApp so people can quickly share their opinion without flooding chats with new messages.
  • Admin Delete - Group admins will be able to remove errant or problematic messages from everyone’s chats.
  • File Sharing – We’re increasing file sharing to support files up to 2 gigabytes so people can easily collaborate on projects.

Communities help you to organize your related groups and send announcements in one click instead of sending them one after the other. It can help large schools or organizations that have various departments to reach several people at once. There can be different subgroups for different discussions or events.

If you're a WhatsApp Beta user, have been able to update to the latest version? You can share your thoughts about the WhatsApp Communities if you're lucky to get the feature on your device.

*Help Note: You can force close your WhatsApp and relaunch if you've updated your WhatsApp and the communities tab is not yet available, that's if you're a Beta user and lucky to get it.
