vivo V30 Lite debuts: 120Hz screen, 50MP selfie camera
Vivo has introduced the V30 Lite, marking the inaugural smartphone in its V30 series and breaking away from the odd-numbered tradition seen in previous models like V29, V27, and V25. Representing a departure, the V30 Lite is the first in the V-series to embrace an even number.

Powering the V30 Lite is the formidable Snapdragon 695 SoC, ensuring a robust performance. Accompanying this processing prowess is an impressive configuration featuring 12GB of RAM and a capacious 256GB of onboard storage. Running on the latest software, the device comes equipped with Android 13-based FuntouchOS 13 straight out of the box. However, as of now, Vivo has not divulged details regarding the extent of version upgrades the device will support, leaving users curious about future software enhancements and updates.
At the forefront, the V30 Lite takes center stage with its impressive 6.67" 120Hz FullHD+ E4 AMOLED screen. This display promises a visually captivating experience, boasting vibrant colors and smooth transitions thanks to its high refresh rate. Notably, the screen achieves a peak brightness of 1,150 nits, ensuring clarity even in bright conditions.

What sets it apart is the 44W charging capability, allowing users to quickly replenish the battery for minimal downtime. Slim and lightweight, the V30 Lite measures 7.69mm in thickness, weighing in at 190g. It comes in two elegant colors – Black Forest and Rose Gold. While it is presently available in Mexico at MXN8,999 ($530/€480/INR44,210), its availability in other markets remains unconfirmed.
