Born in Nigeria in 1954, just like many African schoolchildren, he dropped out of school at age 14 because his father could no longer afford to pay his school fees, despite this Dr. Philip studied hard, and with the help of his father, he knew more than him(his father).
He studied hard and got a scholarship to Oregon university at age 17, where he obtained a BSc in mathematics, a Ph.D. in scientific computing from the University of Michigan, and two master's degrees from George Washington University.
In 1981, emulating the bee's honeycomb construction, Dr. Philip used 65,000 processors to invent the WORLD'S FASTEST COMPUTING SYSTEM, which performed computation at speeds of 3.1 billion calculations per second.
