OnePlus 12 Hands-On Images Surface, Revealing Stunning Display Specs
As the OnePlus 12's debut in China draws near, more information regarding the next Android flagship is beginning to surface. A long post on Weibo by tipster DigitalChatStation highlighted the display of the OP 12, including actual photos of the gadget and its BOE X1 screen.
The 6.82-inch 8T LTPO OLED screen on the OnePlus 12 will have a refresh rate of 1 to 120 Hz and a resolution of 1,440 x 3,168 pixels. With the manual slider in regular operation, the BOE-made panel recorded an industry-leading 1,722 nits of peak brightness and an industry-leading 4,500 nits in auto mode.
Furthermore, according to the latest leak, the OnePlus 12's display has an average Just Noticeable Color Difference (JNCD) of 0.35 and an A+ certification from DisplayMate for outstanding color accuracy and brightness.
Oppo's P1 display technology, which offers 2,160Hz PWM dimming for enhanced eye safety, is included in the new screen. Additionally, we are aware that the newly designed BOE panel will have single-pixel calibration technology and sunlight highlighting algorithms for enhanced color accuracy.
