Distinguishing itself further, the KS variant of the 14th-gen Intel chip boasts a higher base power limit of 150W compared to the K version, aligning it with the capabilities of the 13th-gen KS chip.

Across the spectrum, the maximum turbo frequency sees a significant boost of 200 MHz, while retaining other key features such as a generous 36 MB cache, support for up to 192 GB of RAM, and Intel Graphics 770 with a base frequency of 300 MHz and a max dynamic frequency of 1.65 GHz.

Intel wastes no time in making the Core i9-14900KS available to consumers, offering it through retailers as both a standalone boxed processor and integrated into systems by OEM partners. With a price tag set at $699, enthusiasts and professionals alike can now access this cutting-edge processor for enhanced computing performance.
