Infinix has officially announced the upcoming launch of its Note 40 lineup scheduled for March 18. The company has confirmed that some models within this lineup will feature a dedicated Cheetah X1 chip to streamline charging processes.

This innovative chip, boasting Infinix's branded All-Round FastCharge 2.0, is anticipated to deliver remarkable charging capabilities, reportedly achieving up to 260W through wired connections and 110W wirelessly. However, the recent announcement clarifies that the current devices will support rates of up to 100W.

The Infinix Cheetah X1 chip isn't just about speed; it's also about ensuring the longevity of the battery. With its advanced optimization features, the chip will carefully monitor charging rates in real time, striking a perfect balance between speed and temperature to safeguard the battery's health and prolong its lifespan.

Moreover, users can expect a versatile charging experience with the platform offering eight distinct charging scenarios, covering wired, wireless, reverse wired, and reverse wireless charging. This includes specialized battery management features tailored for nighttime charging or under extreme temperature conditions.

Safety remains a top priority, assured by a comprehensive 63-level safety shield module. This module is engineered to shield the device from potential risks, providing automatic intervention and user alerts when necessary. Additionally, Infinix has managed to shrink the Cheetah X1 chip to an impressively compact size, promising faster processing, enhanced performance, and a lighter, more ergonomic phone design for added user comfort.
